Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) Registration
The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is an online notification system created specifically for the implementation of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.
Article 13 of this Regulation requires that certain information regarding the cosmetic products placed on the European market must be submitted to the CPNP. The information is then made available to Competent Authorities and Poison Centre (or similar) established by the EU.
Cosmetic products containing substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction (CMRs), and products containing nanomaterials will need to be registered on the CPNP, in accordance with Article 15 and 16 respectively.
As your Responsible Person, Advena is able to register your cosmetic products via the EU CPNP system which shall include notifications of products containing CMRs and nanomaterials.
